Orith Prime is a planet in the Orith System in the Hyralan Sector.
In close orbit with Orith II, Orith Prime is a large hydrogen-helium gas giant with significant amounts of chlorine and sulfur in its atmosphere. Scientists of the Klingon Empire speculate that the influence of Orith Prime has led to unusual aberrations in the ecosystem of Orith II.
Missions Involved
- “Alpha”: The player has to recover vital data from a Klingon Bird-of-Prey crashed on Orith II, which at that time, is very close to Orith Prime.

- "Orith" is a Hebrew forename.
- Although being described not as a moon, but as a planet in "close orbit", Orith II is displayed so close to the gas giant Orith Prime, that it seems impossible its orbit would not be greatly affected by it.
