The Console - Universal - Temporal Destabilization Matrix is obtained from the Gemini Temporal Cruiser (Ship and Shuttle Requisitions, 150,000 
, FED Tier 4; sold as part of the Temporal Special Agent Pack: 13000 ). This console can be used by all Federation and Federation-aligned players, and can be equipped on any starship, in any console slot. Player may only equip one of these consoles.
Game Description
The Temporal Cruiser comes with the Temporal Destabilization Matrix universal console. When this console is activated, it will release a Temporal Shockwave that causes physical damage over time to nearby enemies and reduces damage resistance and shield hardness to all affected foes.
