Special Ability: Interphase Decay

Interphase Decay rapidly shunts a single target between multiple dimensional states simultaneously. This "phasing" causes an intense build-up of potential energy, which causes the targets to be more susceptible to damage, and discharges into the surrounding area after reaching a critical mass.
